The month lives in six places.

  • Spreadsheet
  • Group chat
  • Carrier portal
  • Dashboard
  • Payroll
  • Email

Too many places. Something always gets missed.
Reps wait. Payouts run late.

How it runs.

One record instead of six places. Five moments in a month, and each one lands on it.

The month closes on the first

One number the owner trusts, statements exported, the pack kept. The AI layer, when it opens, drafts the routine and holds the risky along the way.

Opening next

The AI layer.

Your record is the asset. The model reads it, writes the next draft, and holds what looks wrong. A person decides every time. Opening next, proven on our own board first.

It drafts

  • The morning nudge, written from your record: rank, gap, what one day has to bring.
  • The leader's Friday call, prepared from pace, quiet days and the funnel.
  • The owner's month in one paragraph.
  • Announcements for the wire, in your words.

It holds

  • A commission statement with a number that does not match the record.
  • A form submission that should land on a particular rep.
  • Anything a person has to sign off before it posts.

It never decides

  • Pay, eligibility or employment. Those are people's decisions.
  • It reads only your company's record and never learns across companies.
  • No health information reaches it without a signed agreement.

Ask the record in plain words and get an answer from what your role may see. Today the nudge, pace, spiffs and badges run on rules from your data with no model involved; the model layer is the next thing we build.

The platform, screen by screen.

Teams and Forms are live today. The OS, Groups, Books and the AI layer open next.

The board, as your team sees it.

One number at the top. Every rep under it, with movement since yesterday and whether they're on track. Each team against its own goal. Live, all month, on every phone.

The Sovereum Teams leaderboard: twelve reps ranked by issued volume with apps and close rate, and two pods against their goals, in the dark theme.

The OS

Home where every section reports in, the pipeline where a sale is logged once, commissions paid from the record. Opening next; Teams and Forms are live today.

Groups

Benefits administration for the employer groups you write: the employer's census, each employee enrolling on a phone, the group on the rep's record. An add-on to the suite or a product on its own, priced per covered employee; not every company needs it.

Books

Books that close the month. Invoices, bills, receipts and the bank on one record, kept as the money moves and closed on the first with a pack you can prove. A free seat for your accountant. It replaces the ledger you keep today rather than syncing with it. For any business on its own; on the suite, the money sits beside the number.

One system. One number.

The owner

See the true health of the business. Every team on one screen, one number you can trust.

The team leader

Run your team to plan. Coach to the right moves, with nothing to reconcile on Friday.

The rep

Know what to do next. Your rank, your record and your payout, live, all day.

Any business with clients and reps who sell to them.

Insurance, cars, products, e-commerce, solar, homes, loans, staffing. If your company runs on reps under leaders, with one number everyone should see, the structure is the same. Pick your industry.

The number: Units and gross

Car dealerships.

A general sales manager over sales managers over consultants, each running to a monthly unit target with pace to the month. Dealer leaderboards already track units, gross, pace and goals; Sovereum puts that on every phone, with the team leader's goal cascading to each consultant.

Who we are.

Every sales team we’ve been part of ran on the same thing: a spreadsheet nobody trusted and a number nobody could see.

Sovereum is the system we built to fix that from the inside. One record for the team, the money and the growth, proven on our own board before we opened it to anyone else.

Founder, Sovereum

Questions.

What is Sovereum, in one line?

Infrastructure for sales organizations: the board your reps compete on, the pipeline where every sale is logged, the commissions paid from it, the forms that feed it, the Academy that trains on it, and an AI layer that drafts and holds while a person decides. Teams and Forms are live today; the rest opens next.

Is Sovereum AI-powered?

Not yet on your record, and we do not claim it. Today the nudge, pace, spiffs and badges run on rules from your data with no model involved. The AI layer opens next: it will write the morning nudge, the leader's Friday call and the owner's month from your record, hold statements and submissions that look wrong, and answer questions from what your role may see. Its rules are fixed now: it drafts or holds and a person decides; it reads only your company's record; it never learns across companies; it never decides pay, eligibility or employment; no health information reaches it without a signed agreement.

Is it a CRM?

It includes a pipeline, but it is broader than a CRM. A CRM tracks contacts. Sovereum runs the company's number, its people, its money and its training in one system, for every team in the company.

We're not in insurance. Does it fit?

Yes. Sovereum is for sales in general: products, cars, e-commerce, solar, homes, loans, staffing, software, franchises, services. If people sell under leaders toward a number everyone should see, the structure is the same. You pick your industry when your workspace opens and the vocabulary follows: what you call your number, a sale, a vendor and your people.

Do my reps have to change how they work?

They log a sale once, in about thirty seconds, the way they already report it: what, for whom, for how much. Everything downstream is automatic. If your numbers live in a spreadsheet today, upload the month as a CSV. The board builds from it until your team logs directly.

How long does setup take?

Teams and Forms are self-serve: create the workspace in about a minute, no card. A seven-step setup puts your teams, leaders and people on the board the same day; each person claims their name from a join link and sets a password. The OS opens next, and we open it with you on a walkthrough call, with your crest and colors. The first month closes on one number by day 30.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. It installs as an app on iPhone and Android straight from the browser. Notifications bring the morning nudge with your rank and the gap to the next person, spiffs as they land, and announcements. Reps log a sale from the phone.

Who sees what?

Reps see their own record and the board. Leaders see their team. Managers see the company. Direct messages are private: a manager cannot read them. Every read is checked on the server against the signed-in person's role, never against something the browser claims.

How is our data separated from other companies'?

Every company is its own workspace at its own address. Sessions are tied to that address, every read is scoped on the server, and nothing from one company can render in another. Backups run nightly into private storage with checksums, and the restore is scripted and rehearsed.

Can we use our own name and colors?

Yes. Your name, crest and colors are the whole app, at your own address on sovereum.team. The words are yours too: your number, a sale, a vendor, your people. Hosted forms can run on your own domain from Forms Growth.

How do commissions work?

The manager sets each person's contract level; nobody sets their own. Statements build from the record: issued volume at each person's level, a leader's spread on their reps, the manager's spread above. Chargebacks, bonuses, advances and adjustments are lines. Closing a month freezes every statement, and a CSV pays from it. Sovereum is not payroll and never moves money.

Is Forms a replacement for Jotform?

Yes. Twelve templates, an editor with live preview, conditional logic, multi-page, uploads, e-signature with an audit trail, PDFs, webhooks, hosted pages in your brand and your own domain. On a Next.js site, our React component renders the form as native elements inside your own page, not an iframe. On Wix, Squarespace or WordPress, a two-line script shows your hosted page and sizes itself. Starter, Growth and Pro cost $5 a month less than Jotform's Bronze, Silver and Gold, monthly or yearly, with more submissions at every step.

Is Groups part of the suite?

No. Groups is benefits administration for the employer groups an agency writes: the employer's census, each employee enrolling on a phone, the signed group on the rep's record. Most companies never need it, so it is not in the suite. It comes as an add-on at $1.50 per covered employee a month, or on its own at $249 a month with 150 employees included and $2 for each after. It is opening next; no workspace carries it until a person switches it on.

Can I use Forms without the rest of the suite?

Yes. Forms is its own product with its own plans, free to start, and it works for any site. If you run a sales team, the suite adds the board, the pipeline and everything a submission should flow into.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

Not yet, and we do not claim it. Personal details in Groups, like Social Security numbers, are encrypted under a per-company key, and every read is logged. A HIPAA claim also needs a signed business associate agreement with our database provider, which we are pursuing. Until it is signed, no plan carries HIPAA.

Is there a free trial?

Forms is free to start and stays free at five forms. Teams is self-serve, and the first 10 founding teams get 90 days free, no card, with their price locked for 12 months. The OS, when it opens, carries the same founding terms. After that, monthly or yearly, on the pricing page. No per-seat charge within a size band.

What happens if we leave?

Monthly plans end at the cycle; a manager asks from Settings and a person confirms it. Your board's history exports as CSV for any month, today. A full export of the record, roster, sales, forms and statements ships with billing. Nothing is held.

How do we reach you?

The walkthrough form on the home page lands directly with the founders, and a person answers every request. There is no ticket queue.
