The board, as your team sees it.

The board
The month's number at the top. Every rep ranked under it with movement since yesterday. Each team against its own goal. Live, not Friday.
Goals with pace
The company's number cascades to teams and reps. Every level sees its gap, what a day has to bring, and where the month is tracking.
The morning nudge
9:05, weekdays: "Day 5. You're #7 of 31. $1,840 to pass Marco." Leaders get their team's line. Nobody opens a spreadsheet.
The wire: announcements
Announcements everyone must acknowledge, polls, spiffs. The latest is always on top, and you can see who has read it.
Spiffs that close themselves
A spiff is a short-run bonus. Set the rule once; every sale that lands is checked against it, the winners are recorded, the room is told, phones buzz.
Pulse and badges
Seven-day activity by person and team, who has gone quiet, one-tap check-ins. Badges earned from the record, never handed out.
The goal clock
Leaders set the month's number on the first. Every week, at 8:00 on the day your week starts, a recap says what has to happen.
The Friday call
Every level says what it will close. The board says what landed. Closed weeks are scored, and calling your week right earns a badge.
Chat and teams
Team rooms, direct messages, files. A room for every team, ready on day one.
Where it came from.
Teams was built inside a 40-agent health insurance team that ran on a spreadsheet nobody trusted and a number nobody could see. It replaced the spreadsheet, the group chat and the Friday reconciliation, and it’s been the team’s board every day since. Teams is where Sovereum started; the OS is what it grew into.
