The terms, in plain words.

Who we are

Sovereum provides software for sales companies: Teams, the OS, Forms, and the parts that follow. These terms are between the company that opens a workspace ("you") and Sovereum. By opening a workspace or signing in, you accept them.

Your workspace and your data

Everything your people enter, log, upload or sign belongs to you. Sovereum holds it on your behalf, walls it from every other workspace, and uses it only to run the service for you. We never sell it and never use one company's data to serve another.

You can ask for a copy of your data at any time by writing to info@sovereum.com. Today the board's history exports as CSV for any month from inside the product; a full export of the record ships with billing. When your workspace closes, we delete your data after sixty days unless a law or a signed agreement requires a longer hold.

Plans, prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on sovereum.com, before any applicable tax. Suite plans are sized by the reps on your roster; team leaders and managers do not count. Annual plans are ten times the monthly price and are paid up front. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid month; annual plans run to the end of the term. Until online billing opens, invoices are issued by email and paid by card or transfer.

We give thirty days' notice of any price change on a monthly plan. An annual price does not change during its term. Founding-team pricing is locked for twelve months from the date on your order.

Free plans and trials

A free Forms workspace is free for as long as it stays within its limits. A founding-team trial is free for ninety days from the day your workspace opens; at the end of the trial you choose a plan or the workspace closes and its data follows the rule above. We may close free workspaces that stay idle for a year, after telling you.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sovereum to collect information you have no right to collect, to impersonate another business, to send unsolicited messages, or to do anything unlawful. Hosted forms that phish, deceive or collect payment details under false pretences are removed without notice. Health information in Forms is permitted only on plans that carry a signed business associate agreement.

Availability and support

We run Sovereum on managed cloud infrastructure and keep nightly backups with a tested restore. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise it; planned maintenance is announced in the product. Support is by email at info@sovereum.com, and founding teams have a named person on call.

Limits of liability

Sovereum is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
